THE FACILITY
WHAT IS IN THE BUILDING
Resident artists and monthly members can use the following studio equipment. Safety and use checkout is provided prior to use.
Kilns
Vitrograph, front loading, top loading, bell and coffin kilns — casting, fusing and slumping from 9" x 9" up to 60" x 44". An assortment of kiln furniture, hand tools and molds comes with them
Shop Tools
Sand Blaster, Multi-purpose welder, Compressor drops for pneumatic tools in floor studios.
Ventilation
36x turnover on main floor. Access to roof venting available.
Cold Shop
Flat wheel grinder · vertical belt grinder · Covington glass mill · glass drill press · cutting saw · ring saws · Gryphon grinders · Foredom rotary tool and bits · hand tools
